Underwater Sun Rays

Start with a blue gradiant.

Add a vibrant blue to the middle section.

Use a fine tipped pencil or marker add lines of bright blue tones.

Use a white gel pen, white watercolor, or acrylic marker to make sun rays and add dots to look like sparkly reflections.
